Registrations are NOW OPEN for the 2020-2021 Catechetical Year!

We are offering online registrations exclusively for the 2020-2021 Catechetical year. Thank you for your patience as we slowly reopen our church and parish offices to the community. During current CDC and local health restirctions we are only accepting registrations via internet. Documents required can be submitted via email or USPS mail. We look forward to starting our new adventuure in our upcoming faith foramtion year with you and your family.

***If student is 18 years or older, they must register themselves***

 

Important

  • If in previous year, student has taken Faith Formation classes elsewhere, a transfer letter is needed. 
  • A student may only miss a maximum of 3 classes per year, otherwise the year will have to be made up the following year.
  • If student is a minor, parent must be present with student during class session.
  • Parents and Adult students must attend parent orientations and meeting conferences.

Please start the registation process by completing a registration form for each person starting faith formation for the 2020-2021 catechetical year (See side tabs). A birth certificate for each student submitting a registration form is needed, along with any sacramental certificates from sacraments they have recieved. When we have collected the registration form, birth certificate, sacramental certificate(s), and deposit, you will recieve a letter confirming and finalizing your registration. 

Please note that your registration is not complete until your confirmation letter has been issued.
